Self-Defense Classes

Learn techniques for self-defense and personal safety from certified instructors, building strength and awareness.

Financial Coaching

One-on-one coaching to master budgeting, saving, and debt management, fostering financial independence and stability, and learning to build wealth.

Spanish & Culture 

Conversational Spanish lessons focused on cultural nuances, travel confidence, and strengthening cognitive skills.

Tailored fitness routines to enhance strength, endurance, and mental well-being, fostering holistic resilience. Building a healthier relationship to body and mind.

International Solo Travel

A transformative experience fostering independence, confidence, and personal growth by applying learned skills.
