Grant Research & Drafting

Research potential grants, gather eligibility details, organize a grant calendar, and help prepare key narrative sections. This backend support helps us expand capacity, grow our program, and reach more clients.

Marketing & Communications Support

Gather and organize lists of aligned nonprofits, colleges, shelters, hospitals, news outlets, and community partners. Include key mission focus areas and outreach angles to support strategic partnership development.

Fundraising & Campaign Support

Assist with lightweight fundraising efforts such as small donor campaigns, event outreach, sponsorships, and creative initiatives that help us build sustainable support into 2026.

CRM & Partnership Pipeline Building

Gather and organize lists of aligned nonprofits, colleges, shelters, hospitals, news outlets, and community partners. Include key mission focus areas and outreach angles to support strategic partnership development.

Bi-Monthly Newsletter Support

Help gather short program updates, milestones, donor recognition, and client wins, and format them into a warm, mission-aligned newsletter shared with our subscriber and donor list.

Website & Digital Optimization

Assist with light website updates, Google Ad Grants, Tag Manager, and Analytics by prioritizing recommendations, making basic edits, and confirming tags/triggers function properly.

Coaching & Integration Support

Support clients during integration with mindset tools, accountability, or career/goal mentorship (under lead coach guidance).

Health, Wellness & Mind-Body Support

Help clients build physical confidence through fitness, self-defense, wellness practices, or movement-based education.

Cultural Education & Skill-Based Instruction

Share cultural, linguistic, financial, or travel-readiness knowledge that enriches their global immersion experience.
